No cardio tonight focused mainly on band rehab and flexibility stuff.

2 more training sessions to go and back in to the osteo Friday which i think my elbows will appreciate.

Squats looked great again mate. I think you've got the right approach this time, if you are not recovered between session and from week to week you are bound to get issues at some point. As a type this I know full well I've been guilty of this.

Cheers mate they are feeling good and will be interesting to see how they progress as the weight goes up.

First of many Osteo sessions for 2018 and boy did i need it.

Worked on my shoulders and in particular my elbows which have taken a beating the last couple of weeks. 

Finished my training this week, made a few changes to the layout and ready to jump into full training Monday.

Had to stop the military press as this was hurting my elbow, i done a quick test with the DB's and as long as i use a neutral grip it doesnt hurt it so i'll stick with dumbells for overhead stuff for the next couple of weeks.

Cheers mate its literally just that grip on overhead thats caused it i remember having the same issue a couple years ago it should hopefully clear in a couple of weeks. Might use this opportunity to do some one arm dumbell press again.

I decided against doing pull ups tonight mainly playing it safe to allow my elbow a bit longer to rest.

I kept the weight the same on deadlifts as im trying to make a few technique changes which are taking a few sessions to become natural but hopefully it will pay off in the long run.

My new squat technique is coming along slowly but surely still trying to make sure i dont rush the reps i keep them under control the whole time.

Cardio tomorrow.

That session was so good you logged it twice lol.

Great progress on the deads, loads of work.

You're right with the squats, I'm guilty of rushing to get the rep and letting technique suffer. You just can't do that with slow(er) reps, you have to get the technique right and you auto correct without thinking about it. That's a big part of why I do the super slow tempo reps.

Nice squat session, squats are very technical I think that's why poeple come unstuck it's like a balancing act with flexibility and strenght added in,I feel Happy
