The weights comfortable and will continue to build from here while my elbow heals up. | ||

This slow build up seems to be working well my technique is feeling a lot better. Rest tomorrow with deadlifts on Thursday. | ||

Definitely mate iv made a lot of technique changes especially to my squatting and deadlifting and the excessively long build up has helped that process for the first time I can say I feel a lot more confident with my squatting. | ||
