Had to lower the weight on the barbell movements I had a little slip on some winding stairs today and manage to bang my elbow on the way down so its a little tender at the minute. The weights comfortable and will continue to build from here while my elbow heals up.

Weight is slowly creeping up on squat and again another pain free session in my knee. This slow build up seems to be working well my technique is feeling a lot better.

Rest tomorrow with deadlifts on Thursday.

Nice squatting mate and a pain free session is probably more important than the weight used to be fair.
Plus working on your technique can only be a good thing, well unless you are like most blokes and impatient and want more on the bar.................yup thought so Tongue Grin

Ha absolutely. Pain free lifting will set you up for years, I appreciate longevity more now than I ever thought I would.

lol iv learned my lesson I'm more than happy to go at snails pace especially with the amount of stop and starts iv had because of injuries.

Definitely mate iv made a lot of technique changes especially to my squatting and deadlifting and the excessively long build up has helped that process for the first time I can say I feel a lot more confident with my squatting.
