Yell Billy, I know what you mean. I do enjoy the flyes, Im not sure why. As a hypertrophy exersize I find them to be incredible. Rather than an exercise bodybuilders use as an isolation to add some definition, I find that for me they are a superb muscle builder.

Squats 100 KG X 5, X 5 X 5. 10 kg X 10, X 10

The 100 kg squats were harder than they should have been (quite pathetic). It felt mostly like a lack of core strength, which isn't surprising as I have neglected this area. I'll have to work on lower back strength and ab strength...should solve the problem.

Shoulder dumbbell presses... 20 k dumbbells, X 12, X 10, X 8, X 7 X 6.

Pull downs wide grip, then narrow grip with palms facing inwards.

I'm looking forward to starting the grip strength again.

I may, of course, change my mind after day one.

Yes mate, I don't think 'id ever manage 500 kb swings, seems like a boring prospect. I love my grip work though, I don't know why.

60 kg X 10 (this last set performed very slowly to maximise tension under stress).

Shoulder Dumbbell Presses

20 kg X 12
20 kg X 10
20 kg X 8
20 kg X 6
20 kg X 6

Chin-ups

4 or 5 sets.

Cutting going well.

Incline Dumbbell presses 5 sets

Flat bench dumbbell flyes 3 sets

Flat bench db presses 1 set

Deadlifts 130 kg X 20. Actually had plenty more in me.

Bent over rows 60 kg 5 sets

Stiff leg deadlifts performed without touching bar on floor, 80 kg 4 sets.

Did some plate pinches and hammer curls.

What do you mean bending? You mean from the bent over rows?

What I do know is that I hurt quite a lot today, a lot more than usual. I'm not used to this bodybuilding stuff.

Still cutting.

25 kg Dumbbell Presses Flat bench... 3 sets

25 kg db presses incline bench ...3 sets

15 kg db flyes flat bench 3 (or 4?) sets

Deadlifts

135 kg X 20.

Then did 3 further reps holding the bar at the top for grip development.

Barbell rows 60 kg... 5 sets in total 3 normal and 2 with my palms facing outwards.

Pulldowns with my wrist wraps round the bar to thicken it a bit. 3 sets.

Hammer curls for grip. Then some plate pinches.

That last workout, I will do. Do you or have you ever trained with a weight adjustable sledge hammer or just a hammer. http://www.strongergrip.com/
Swinging thick handle sledge and hammers just seems so overall practical plus can be aerobic.

I've never used an adjustable hammer. We have about 4 hammers in the gym I go to, each hammer is of a different weight. I tend to use them in a variety of weight for grip strength.

Whenever I see someone hit a tire with them, I worry they might let go mid swing, and that the hammer will hit me.

Re. Your hammer swinging fear - when I was 13 I was in a sports hall and a lad was swinging a cricket bat on the other side of the hall. He let go/lost his grip mid swing and it flew across the hall and caught me on the noggin. Just a few stitches. Looking back I'm not sure whether I was lucky or unlucky.

I don't really have a particular goal weight, I've lost approx 1 stone, and am now 17. Suppose loosing another 0.5 of a stone would be nice.
