Getting tough towards the end, quite tight and feeling it a bit from Monday. CGBP 20x20 60x5 100x3 120x1 125x6 - 65% 125x6 125x6 125x6 Decent pauses and a flatish back on most reps, easy work. Reverse pin press x6 x6 x6 Raise it a pin x6 x6 x6 Start on the chest with just the bar and press into the pins so the bar hits them mid press (current weak spot), then press as hard as you can for a second or so. Mid set squats, CGBP, reverse pin press: Good session | ||
