Forgot my SBD sleeves today and wore some old Rehbands, could feel the difference. Getting tough towards the end, quite tight and feeling it a bit from Monday.

Start on the chest with just the bar and press into the pins so the bar hits them mid press (current weak spot), then press as hard as you can for a second or so.
