Ive been competing in single lift bench press for the last couple of years with the BDFPA and now I'm taking the step into full power.
Illness has killed progress the last few months hence the s**t numbers ive been throwing around but I'm back healthy and ready to smash 2017 and my first full power comp in 2018.

Bench Press week 1 Day1
Bench Press 130kg 5x5
Wide Grip Bench Press 100kg x10, 110kg2x8
Close Grip 100kg 3x8
DB Fly 16kg 3x10
BW Dips 5x15
Finished off with 20mins interval sprints on the treadmill

Bench 120kg 4x8
Millitary Press 62.5kg 3x8
Incline DB Press 40kg 3x12
Machine single arm shoulder press 54kg 3x8
Barbell Front Raise 25kg 3x10
Lat Raise 16kg 3x10
20min interval sprints on treadmill

Deadlift week 1
cannot for the life of me get along with conventional Deadlifts so trying Sumo, prefer these much more.
been trying to dial in form for last 2 weeks not bothered on the weight at this stage so this is my quick workout from last week.
125kg 1x5, 130kg 1x5, 135kg 1x5, 140kg 2x3 form and grip were going a bit at this stage so didn't push it, finished off with some Barbell Row 75kg 3x10.

Not a bad first week back into full training, numbers are a bit demoralising considering what I was doing a couple of months ago, but looking forward to getting some big PB's 2017

CABLE FLY 3X15
DIPS BW +10KG 5X10

NICE WORKOUT TONIGHT, TRYING TO GET THOSE NUMBERS UP EACH SESSION, WORKING TOWARDS FINALLY HITTING THE 200KG MARK

Single leg ext 18kg 1x10, 25kg 3x10

Leg ext 5x15, 15 sec rest keeping legs under tension during rest absolute burner

Machine ham curl 4x10

Calve superset 3x45
Good workout training partner kept a high pace

another good workout this week, motivation is good even looking forward to a deadlift session in the morning

I'm restarting again Monday haven't trained for a few weeks, I'm expecting a big year this year

Yeah still training bud, was ill over Christmas which set me back a lot so currently on rebuilding phase,numbers are very low too embarrassed to log lol

I get where your coming from I stopped over Xmas plus the week before it's surprising what you loose,I'm sure it won't take long for you to regain the power of Gez Happy

Just starting to creep up the weights again, doing more pyramid style training, give that ago see what happens, enjoying training and pushing to hit some PB's this year
