Who does these?

Just had my 1st try. Managed 95, which is quite a bit below my standing strict press.

The lock-out is the tricky bit.

i have done them before and found them a very good exercise and tax the core too. just aggrivated my back issue a tad

so how does it work you clean the weight first? then sit down or kind of roll the weight up whilst on the floor? whats the benifit from doing it say seated?

I was going to ask people if they thought these put strain on the spine.

I wonder how much the Big Z does on this? 150 kg ?

I find the balance limits what I can lift, I don't really feel like I'm training my shoulders / tri's "properly" with this, so would only ever do them as an assistance exercise.

Jenkins can triple 150 on Savickas press so I assume z is closer to 180
