Wayne_Cowdrey | The 'Savickas press' | 24-05-2012 @ 14:43
Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22018 posts | Who does these? Just had my 1st try. Managed 95, which is quite a bit below my standing strict press. The lock-out is the tricky bit.

The lock-out is the tricky bit. i have done them before and found them a very good exercise and tax the core too. just aggrivated my back issue a tad

jerking is obviously great, Member 2521, 4712 posts SQ 235, BP 160, DL 290685.0 kgs @ 111kgs UnEq | I wonder how much the Big Z does on this? 150 kg ? I find the balance limits what I can lift, I don't really feel like I'm training my shoulders / tri's "properly" with this, so would only ever do them as an assistance exercise.

technical retard Member 172, 36827 posts SQ 310, BP 205, DL 335850.0 kgs @ 108kgs UnEq | Solid exercise. More useful than a standing strict press though..I think not (mainly as all the pressing we do is standing)

Jenkins can triple 150 on Savickas press so I assume z is closer to 180
