Not really, WOD is something of a misnomer as most Cross Fitters will either do strength work first or more than one WOD in a day.
Oh, and it should be WOTD.Roll-Eyes

Doing multiple WODs per day is daft really, as there can only be one WOD. Metcons are probably more accurate for the conditioning sessions.

135lbs or 62.5kg is the 'proper' weight.

Did
5 shoulder to OH @52.5kg
10 deads @ 52.5kg
15 Box jump 24"
AMRAP sub 10 mins

226 reps, could deffo go faster but it's so hard to convince yourself to just KEEP MOVING!

also did tabat burpees + 10kg weights vest and just about hit 40 in 8 rounds. 9" jump to touch both hands on the ceiling. This sucked. A lot.

It's the kind of thing you can get used to very fast though. Just takes practice!

You should do Roxanne one time for a warm up . Pick a full body exercise (thrusters or burpees work good)

Play the Song Roxanne by the police and a rep each time he says Roxanne or red light

Happy

It is supposed to be full clean from what I gather...

f**k that makes that workout very tough indeed

Like Ben said I'd be happy just to complete it regardless of time

An excellent physical and mental test!

Good effort....GOOD EFFORT!!!! You Mr. McGing are a horrible man for starting this thread and putting ideas like this into my head!!!

I've gotta say though, it's more fun than when I used to go out doing a 5-mile run. It might not improve my cardiovascular fitness but I think I'd find some lactate threshold training more relevant for everyday life anyway. Happy

Happy It will most definitely improve your cardio, long steady state isn't the only way to do this

Is the .75 clean a power clean I take it or not?

I did Grace in 7 minutes, had a heart rate monitor on and just as I finished checked it at 198 BPM. Felt like death!
