always lookIng for the extra UT2 work. Member 9, 18279 posts SQ 210, BP 167.5, DL 260637.5 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq | Ben_F said: Not really, WOD is something of a misnomer as most Cross Fitters will either do strength work first or more than one WOD in a day. Oh, and it should be WOTD. Doing multiple WODs per day is daft really, as there can only be one WOD. Metcons are probably more accurate for the conditioning sessions.

I have seen people do it with all kind of weights. Also, can't you only have one wod as its the main workout of the day? (new comer to crossfit stuff) 135lbs or 62.5kg is the 'proper' weight.

Member 1307, 14110 posts SQ 355, BP 240, DL 370965.0 kgs @ 102kgs UnEq | You should do Roxanne one time for a warm up . Pick a full body exercise (thrusters or burpees work good) Play the Song Roxanne by the police and a rep each time he says Roxanne or red light

I've gotta say though, it's more fun than when I used to go out doing a 5-mile run. It might not improve my cardiovascular fitness but I think I'd find some lactate threshold training more relevant for everyday life anyway.
