Squat felt like hard work but reps came up ok. Same with deadlift, apart from first rep of last set, which went wrong. Weight this morning 90.5kg | ||

I hoped for a couple more reps on last set of close grip but iy t was not there. Back tired quickly. Weight 90.5kg | ||

Box squats were easier, but they were from about an inch higher, though still below parellel. Sumo deads much the same as normal. Not comfortable position-wise, but not heavy. Normal deadlifts were really hard. Difficult to get the bar moving and when I did they were still quite slow. Pleased to get 3 sets. Weight 90.0kg | ||

Bench was ok, few problems, but my traps were a bit sore from wednesday. Made dumbbell press a bit too hard so I gave up on it. Rest was just about OK. Weight 89.9kg | ||

I am not sure how to use it consistently, tends to be an ego thing when I do use it. | ||

Started well. 160 pause squat that was not a grinder, all deqalifts up to 190 moved well. 210 was a bit sluggish and 225 barely moved....twice!! Maybe if a I had left this till Friday I would have been fresher, but I felt fine. No 2.5x bwt deadlift today. Weight this morning 89.6kg | ||

Deadlifts were hard as my back felt a bit dodgy, probably a hangover from last wednesday's max out and a weekend of bad living. Weight 91.0 kg, a bit bloated as a result of said lifestyle choices. | ||

The wide grip made reps a bit slower, but in the end the top weight went up a bit easier than expected. Rest of session was OK. Weight 90.0kg | ||
