Cheers Jonny, it felt fairly good. The plan is to do the masters,but it might change it depends on work really. You plan to now don't you?

22kg x 8 x 2 sets - too heavy

In the end a good session considering it was at Birmingham Uni, with its high wide benches and invisible rings. Last rep a grinder. Pleased with close grip and rows too. I think this took about 50 minutes. 93.1kg

Actually not bad in the end. Strict Press felt pretty good and last set was a rep PB I think. Bench felt good though shoulders a bit weakened - as of course they would. Back not feeling great, substituted BB rows for Pendlays. Weight 92.5kg

Actually a very good session today. Bench has gone from strength to strength, as has my Close Grip. This is particularly surprising, as my weight remains stubbornly low, and beer drunk remains rather high. Weight 92.3kg

In the end an ok session. Lower right back still a bit sore, which meant squats was a bit tentative at times. 180 not that difficult and more there but I went forward slightly on the 180 and tweaked something. Deadlift similarly inhibited a bit by lower back woes, which made them slow, but in the 5@200 tho a bit slow, was a great result. 91.9kg this morning

Not great, but not bad I suppose. Bench was not bad I suppose, did it first by mistake, so when I got overhead press my shoulders were already knackered. Rest was fine.Weight 92.4kg
