Not too bad, but since my neck crick, I am having problems lowering the weight consistently. Still, It was just ok. Incline press my front delts just gave up. Weight 91.8kg

Actaullay not a bad session. Deads were hard but goodish form, while pause squat went well, and final set was strong. Should set me up for deadlift triples@190-195 for next week. Weight 92.0kg

Had been planning to do the masters next month. Put in my application yesterday and was accepted. Just need to pay the cheque. My lifting is pretty weak ATM though

Things definitely improving. Though top sets on deadlifts were hard-ish, they still moved ok. Hopefully next week will see me at 200 or 205. Paused squats still improving, though hard today. weight no idea

Good session eventually. Did the reps on press ok, not much more there. Close grip was similarly hard, but things feel like theya re on the up. Sent off my cheque for the maters in Horncastle, so they had f**king better be on the up. 92.5kg
