Good session in the end. Was hoping for 5 reps on last set of squat, but that's ok. 170 next week. Deadlifts not as bad as feared. Back slightly sore from squat warm-up. WTF. Weight 93.1kg

Good session. Particularly considering i only had 2 hours sleep last night. Triple@115 was ok, but no more there. Weight no idea
