Good session in the end. Paused squat only 5kg down on my all-time PB. Deadlift was only a double, but I misloaded so one side was heavier which messed up my form. Still it was my best deadlift of the year. Weight 92.6

Not bad session. Squat was all nice and deep, not as fluent as I'd hoped. Deads weren't too bad, could have done more sets. Weight 92.3kg
Just over two weeks to the comp. Things have improved quite positively in the past few weeks, though squat was well down before. Now it is coming back.

Relatively short session. Happy with paused squats, another rep there if I had wanted it. Back was not feeling quite right today. Nothing serious I hope. Deadlift was misloaded from the start. Didn't realise till last set. Had wanted double@220 but that wasn't there tonight. Weight 93.4kg. Perfect. Probably just two bench and 1 squat dead session left.

By my own calculations, a triple@210 means I have a better than average chance of 215 for a singleGrin

I wanted a double@220, but I don't think that was there tonight

This actually turned into very nice session. Worked up to 115 paused which was not as hard as I thought. Then 5@110 went with no trouble at all. Result!!! Everything else was a bonus. Weight 93.0. Maybe a lightest squat day tomorrow, before openers on everything on Monday. Feeling much better than I did a few weeks ago
