Not had any replies from these gbpf monkeys yet. I think they're scared I'll embarrass EVERYONE in the fed tbh.

I don't, in fact, know about the December thing, which skimming Pete's log seems to be the question. I do know at one point they were doing an option of eighteen-month memberships, which were a f**king nuisance administratively.

Anyone would think Pete is either a tightwad OR trying to avoid any testing !!!

There is no reason why I wont be looking at competing next year Pete, so if your wallet wont let you join for a month (and to be fair, 40 nicker is a fair wedge) just hang on and we will nail one in the new year.

I have lost 6lb on my 'diet' and my muscle mass has pretty much stayed the same , so I'm pleased with that , I'm still a bit fat (19%) I could go in the 74kg cat if I were to lose another 6lb , but then there is no room to grow

ITs almost impossible that I will lift in the 74's ... mabie if I were younger , stronger and on sterods....

belt fitting better , tried touch n go , just for a change ... back feels fine but not grinding anything out

used my new (and very silly looking) deadlift slippers today

I should not have worn these shorts, but the wife tidied up my others and I don't know where she put them

touch and go is easier than my usual technique of standing up/resetting for every rep so mabie the volume work should be done touch n go ? will probs alternate each session

there is every chance of hitting 400lb this year

150/100/182.5 = 432.5

Judging by that video you are probably not far from 182.5 NOW
