For some reason, I was tired as f**k today , legs very heavy and didn't feel like repping , so I did some singles , its almost a low volume 'rest' session ...but I did something I guess


Squat

  • 100kg x 5
  • 110kg x 3
  • 120kg x 1
  • 135kg x 1 PB



benchPress

  • 60kg x 5
  • 70kg x 3
  • 80kg x 1
  • 90kg x 1
  • 95kg x 1



military press

  • 40kg x 5
  • 50kg x 3
  • 55kg x 1
  • 60kg x 1



kettlebell hand to hand swing

  • 20kg x 20
  • 20kg x 20

another month has passed ...that about 3 1/2 months training ... got 4 months until the comp so I am looking to improve my current PB's which are

135/100/165 = 400

considering I was horribly tired today, a 'PB' with not too bad form is good news.

as for the lovely sleeves , I have just decided to train in them all the time , they feel nice and I love them !!

I might have 2 left leggers !!

no running today as I ended up doing an 11 hour shift with no dinner...... am looking forward to sexy deadlifts tomorrow though.

Doing my first 10k in September super-Boar. My knees say no, brain says no, testicles say that it needs to be done. I just want to finish and not die.

Today I wore my SBD singlet to see how it hung off my ravaged body ...... still got a bit of 'dad bod area' that needs work , but I believe I will SOLID UP in time, this has been a great 3.5 months of training
