I'm drunk on (mainly) gin in majorkA so I'm getting riled that my question hasn't yet been answered!!
Also, There's a gym here and sadly I've used it 3 times since arriving on Sunday!

Rick said:British masters moves every year, mate. Never been in Belfast before. There's a second one in December due to European calendar revisions and it's in Horncastle, as it was last year. The only competition always in the same place (so far - that ought to change soon too) is the English champs.

We've run the All England at Moulton for 10 years now and we could do with a break! 240 entries, 3 days of lifting and a day to set up and break down! Always a struggle to get volunteers to help before & after, not just on the lifting days. Finally, because the college subsidise us we have always made a profit for English Powerlifting!
We'd love it if somebody new would take it on, perhaps we could alternate years!

Looking forward to following your comeback.
It will be like the good old days on MT.
If you're looking to lose some weight I've heard that tuna can be combined with carbonated beverages for a cheap protein source......
