Really good squattage there Mr Boar, it's all coming back mate.
What is good is that there appeared to be more there if needed, always a nice place to be if you can do a decent amount with a weight you are happy with and also have a bit left in the tank.

thanks fellas , As a strongman my 'good event' was repping and being able to grind reps out one after another , will mabie start going for 10 reps ....those sets leave you feeling like you did some work !!!

it was just too hot ..and I had to walk home from work in my work boots coz I had a puncture .... so I went with singles....

kettlebell snatch

went with the lighter kettlebells , all in all ok sesh , happy to get a massive 160kg deadlift ....

cheers Pete , with all the big numbers flying around , 160 seems pretty tame, but it is heavy as f**k !!!

I am just glad progress is happening

also , this last 2 weeks I have lost a couple of Kg's , all I really am doing is not eating s**t inbetween meals and plodding on the treadmill

Yes ! although I am not checking back in , just incase it sells for loads !! (although its really only good for an actual tee shirt)

walked mabie about 7 miles today and dug up some bamboo plants to re-plant them ....well f**k me , bamboo is tough as s**t and does not want to be DIGGED UP !!!

My poor legs got a going over yesterday and they felt a little sore , so I did paused squats as a nice change

Paused Squat

48 was mabie a tad heavy for me at the moment, will switch to 28 for higher reppage

BTW, although I do possess a dad bod, the lighting makes it look like I have larger knockers than I actually have !! will have to get my editing team to remove next time in post production !!

This is why I am making sure I stick to my 'diet' I have always been chesty , so when I get a little fatter &rt; Bett Lynch approved top rack.

I enjoyed paused squats more than I thought , check me out ...nailing 110kg

Peter, I have had a look and the comp is called Powerpalooza ... 12th November .... if you don't want to join the GBPF for one comp the I will be hosting the Shed Powerlifting Championships 2017 on the 2nd or 3rd of December

Turns out the slingshot I bought was for UPTO 140lb humans !! i.e women !!Unhappy

so I have sold it, at my usual loss......

also sad to announce I have bought an EZ curl bar as it may be the only way to get my son to train regularly Roll-Eyes Roll-Eyes

for NO REAL REASON I have been eyeing up barbells ....but my strengthshop one is very nice and it doesn't need replacing
