Was moving furniture all day yesterday so might have had something to do with it. Dumbell 45 3x1 55 2x1 60 2x1 65 and 70 both failed. Just wasnt popping my legs enough. 230 axle deadlift 18" 2 reps Frame 30m inc drop and turn 45 95 145 225 realy struggled on pick up had to have a minute at the turn 225 massive grind picking it up on turn. Really disappointing Fingels finger 120 x2, x3 my technique is poor at this. Stones no tacky To chest 74x3 90x3 104x3 120 x2 onto 4.5ft 140 onto 4ft 140 onto 4.5ft 165... nearly lapped it. Lost it as it was coming over my knees. Gutted woupd have been a massive no tacky pb. | ||

not actually strong Member 5779, 811 posts SQ 220, BP 150, DL 285655.0 kgs @ 105kgs Eq | Yesterday's events session Warm up L=Log A=Axle D=Dumbbell (Just singles each arm on dumbbell) L 45kg 6x5 (felt tight so kept it light) A 65 1X5 Then medleys L 55kg A 75 D 30 3x5 L 65 A 85 D30 2X3 L 75 2X3 A 85 D30 L85 A95 1x3, 1x2 L95 Single A95 single Then a few fails on our 60 dumbbell, annoying as it didn’t feel heavy, just couldn’t get it sat right. Stone tried the 160 and 150 without tacky, could get both off the floor but back wasn’t feeling great (not strong enough) before it got to the knees. I’d love to be able to load the 160 without tacky by April. | ||

Sled (truck) pulls +1person +2 big people Farmers 50x20 hate light farmers they feel heavy lol. 110x20 slow and grip wasnt great. Chalked up 130x20 under 12seconds Pb! 140x20 15 seconds + 10 second east hold at end. The pick up takes about 5 seconds so really need to get stronger as this is costing me. 150 fail | ||

Dont know the other run. Lost every race lol. Frame 135 x30m 175 x30m 235 x30m 235 x15m struggled with pick up. Stone. Practiced 90 to top. Then a 115 and 120 to the relevant platforms. | ||

Worked on medly Bar axle log 80 88 85. Managed 97 axle on its own. And and 106 axle with a bro spot. Duck walk. 120. 2x20m Today legs. Good warm up. Squat. Bar xlots trying to find the groove. 60 x10 100 x5 Soft belt on 130 2x5 Hard belt on 150 2x5 160 x3 Knee sleeves on 170 x2 bit of a wiggle on 2nd rep. 180 x2 181 x2 felt easy 190 x1. Leg extension. 10reps with stack, drop 2, 10 reps repeat. Leg press narrow feet 50 3x10 100 x10 150 x10 200.x10 Ham curl 55 1x20, 2x10 Ghr. 3x10 Stretch | ||

Tyre flips 230 1,5,3 450 3x1 pb never managed to flip this tyre before (managed 500 at spartan no problem) but this one has been my nemisis. Clean and press with bar 60 4,5 80 x3 90 fail..... Yoke 135 x20 175 x40 215 x20 355 x20 no belt or sleeves 355 x20 with belt. Both very slow. Stones no tacky. 70 x5 to chest. 110 to 54" 110 to 60" Had about 30 seconds between the following 120 to 60" 130 to 54" 150 to 48" no tacky pb 160 lapped no tacky pb | ||

Just went through the basics of clean and split jerks. Was a great insight as I've used brute force and ignorance so far. Hoping to get down more often as ive got alot to work on. Some lads at the gym did the last course and improved massively. | ||

Bar 3x10 40 3x5 50 2x3 60 2x3 70 2x3 80 2x3 90 2x3 felt the best it has i a long time just lacked confidence, the second set was a touch sloppy, forgot to move my legs on 1st rep lol. 95 fail. Deadlift 60 3x10 100 2x5 140 x3 160 8x3 first would go up easy then would get sloppy lol. Clean amd split jerk. 1 clean 60 3x5 70 2x3 80 2x3 90 2x3 smooth and easy!!! 100 x1 100x 2 100x3 105 x1. Wsm knockout style. | ||
