Not a great session today just no fire today. Was moving furniture all day yesterday so might have had something to do with it.

L=Log A=Axle D=Dumbbell (Just singles each arm on dumbbell)
L 45kg 6x5 (felt tight so kept it light)
A 65 1X5
Then medleys
L 55kg A 75 D 30 3x5
L 65 A 85 D30 2X3
L 75 2X3 A 85 D30
L85 A95 1x3, 1x2

Then a few fails on our 60 dumbbell, annoying as it didn’t feel heavy, just couldn’t get it sat right.

Stone tried the 160 and 150 without tacky, could get both off the floor but back wasn’t feeling great (not strong enough) before it got to the knees. I’d love to be able to load the 160 without tacky by April.

110x20 slow and grip wasnt great.

Pb! 140x20 15 seconds + 10 second east hold at end. The pick up takes about 5 seconds so really need to get stronger as this is costing me.

Had a taster weightlifting session at hallam barbell today.

Just went through the basics of clean and split jerks. Was a great insight as I've used brute force and ignorance so far.

Hoping to get down more often as ive got alot to work on. Some lads at the gym did the last course and improved massively.
