Mate i`m more likely to do the U90`s.
Got a trapped nerve in my shoulder/neck area
& training is near impossible so i`ve decided
to take a break from my Wendlers & am trying
some P.I.T.T Force training.

My strength needs a lot of work.
On the bright side my shoulder felt fine whilst squatting &
i`ve now identified that my left adductor is very weak &
my right knee is not a happy bunny, so not a total waste
of time.
