PUSH PRESS getting the work in, felt kin hard.
SQUAT felt ok but holy fcuk my hips were tight. Squatting a fair bit lately Embarassed

Crossfit has new opening times so i had to keep my rest times down & get on with it Roll-Eyes

LOG felt kin awful. Tech was all over the place.Was going to do more but dropped
log a bit heavy on my chest & my ribs didn`t like it.

YOLK ok but pick up tech was s**t. Need to work this a lot more.PB by 10k & 5 mtrs.

AGILITY LADDER as my ribs were having no more & i read they were good for strongman lol

Tech was crap on everything but at least it`s moving forward slowly.
Off out for lunch then help teach later this afternoon Wink

FARMERS shocker on the grip front Angry

SLED surface caught me by surprise a couple of times.

Easy enough sess as feeling a bit fooked due to lack of sleep.
Kept distances short. Drop weights & up distances next wk.
Will give stones a go nxt wk if rib feels ok.

AXLE got reps i was after. Pressing is something i am looking forward
to improving massively.

FRAME HOLD head was gone after miss load. Felt pretty heavy.

Couldn`t planned sess as my hamstring/calf tie in is fooked.
Strangely it didn`t hurt on squats.Physio tonight so hopefully
