Normally at the very least have to bananas a day but as hard as I try some days dont get veg,I also take muti vitamins in some vain hope it makes a diffrence to my pathetic fruit and veg consumption ,

I've just had some pineapple, a satsuma and mixed summer berries so far today. Have paella for dinner for that'll add some tomatoes, onion, peas and pepper.

Yesterday had pineapple juice, mixed summer berries, an apple, a satsuma, cottage pie which had celery, onion, peas and carrots and some asparagus and leek alongside it.

I am dedicated with fitness and try to prepare meals in advance, so I incorporate a lot of vegetables. I started eating more healthily a couple of years ago. I was unhappy with my weight so I decided to change my diet . It took a while to get the balance. Itís much cheaper if you get frozen fruit and vegetables. Itís routine now, I donít think about it. When my office has McDonaldís Fridays I have a sandwich or porridge.

Yesterday I missed my porridge at breakfast so didn't have the frozen fruit that incorporates, but i did have the following:

Pineapple juice
Peach
Strawberries
Green Beans
Roasted tomatoes - these were lush!
peas
Plus onion and various beans (a pulse I know!) in the chilli I'd made

Not a bad day Happy

Tomato and cucumber in ma sandwich.

Planted ma pumpkins, and got 20 okra to plant today. I don't even like okra.
