matthewvc | What is a true 'Viking press'? | 21-04-2018 @ 11:48
‘downsizing’ Member 5704, 3221 posts SQ 280, BP 210, DL 320810.0 kgs @ 96.3kgs UnEq | At catts gym in orrell (which a few on here have trained at) they have a contraption I call the Viking press, but it's got a straight bar. Watching a few strongman videos all seem to be side handled so you don't need to arch to get your head out the way. Is the catts one really just a smith machine with an arcing plane of motion

Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22044 posts | There have been Viking press set-ups with a bar across, but it's not the norm.
