what kind of lifting do you do?

within your routine do you include different types of lifting eg. oly, power, event, compound or do you stick to one style of lifting?

I tend to focus on cable isolation work.

I don't use barbells as I don't want to get too big and I don't squat because I don't want to hurt my knees.

I tried WLing once but once I discovered it was technique not strengh I gave it up.

im serious in my question of what kind of lifts you include in your routine, as in do you favour one type of lifting or like VJ said , all types of lifts for all types of gains

Monday deadlift

Tuesday pressing

Wednesday squat

Thursday pressing

Add in specific events and random stuff for LOL's as required

I.e. farmers frame yoke Dumbell holds wrist curls sand bag and stone loads even kettle bells now and then.

Just powerlifting for me. 4 exercises. (Squat, Bench, Deadlift and SLDL)
