the UK's leading expert in bio mechanics Member 1973, 7379 posts | I tend to focus on cable isolation work. I don't use barbells as I don't want to get too big and I don't squat because I don't want to hurt my knees. I tried WLing once but once I discovered it was technique not strengh I gave it up. | ||
