What do you all drink while working out?

During squat and deadlift sessions I start to feel sluggish towards the end. I'm thinking of getting a carb drink, would this help?

I use the iso energy powder from holland and barret. cheap and works as good ad any name brand one ive tried. mix it with 2 liter bottle and keeps me going through the workout.
Downsides is tastes gross so mix with squash and its good to go.

I drink orange lucozade, there's normally always one supermarket has it on offer for a quid for the big litre bottles.

Depends on what I'm doing and the duration, but in hot weather I'll always add electrolytes into the mix. General some aminos and carbs in there too.

For off the shelf though I like a good coconut water drink, or even a can of monster.

Very rarely coffee just before but just water for me I have tried energy drinks and ore workouts but tbh I just get an itchy face and that's about it Unhappy

Used to drink energy drinks. Stopped because at my last comp, the f**kers wouldn't give me a start command to my bench for ages. Arms were shaking through adrenaline and being high as a kite.


Now just coffee before and water during.
