In fact, I'm ONLY doing zerchers off catalogues and dumbbell press, plus finger extensor training. I've slimmed down slightly. I have an injury in my left arm, which is proving to be very very very slow healing. Today I zerchered 200kg off catalogues without a warm-up. Also, I've just had a quick bike ride after work. | ||
