Pin press (just below chin height) - up to 110 fail, 110 x 1, 110 x 1, 100 x 2 - a bit s**t.

Zerchers off pins - up to 220 x 1 - PB Happy

Front raises.

Update.

I'm currently doing more cycling than the lifting of weights. In fact, I'm ONLY doing zerchers off catalogues and dumbbell press, plus finger extensor training.

I've slimmed down slightly.

I have an injury in my left arm, which is proving to be very very very slow healing.

Today I zerchered 200kg off catalogues without a warm-up.

Also, I've just had a quick bike ride after work.

2 nights ago I went for a quick bike ride and then zerchered 205kg off Argos catalogues upon my return.

Yesterday I had a rest day.

Enjoying this approach.

Might do some dumbbelling and finger extensor work tomorrow. Or might not.

Tonight - very quick bike ride in the rain, 207kg zercher off Argos catalogues, sofa based finger extensor training.

Cleaning it from the floor hurts my arm. This doesn't.

Maybe Paul Savage's masseuse needs to have a go on my arm.
