Yesterday I was planning to go for a bike ride and then zercher 208kg, but I couldn't be bothered, so I went for a walk and then trained my finger extensors instead.

Last night - 10 neutral grip BW chins. Aggravated my arm a bit.

Tonight - very quick bike ride followed by a 208kg zercher off Argos catalogues.

i'm very impressed with this micro progressing.

we tend to attempt and fail bigger PB's, partly due to smallest weights being 1.25kg in gyms and partly ego.
many a time i've missed a 2.5kg or 5kg (or more) jump knowing a 0.5/1kg increment would have gone up.

This is where I'm currently at, with a reduced bodyweight and now lacking an appendix. It's true what they say about bodyweight and pressing strength.
