Still sore but can work around. Want to be log pressing 105 by xmas and clean and press 115. Another goal is do deadlift 260 by Apil next year. Most important goal- not to get any more injuries or I may have to stop, don a tangerine thong and start bodybuilding. No one wants to see that happen. Feelt ok so.. 62x5 for 5 sets last rep or two on final set was stiff. Push press 62x3. 72x3. 80x3. feelt stiff so stopped. Medicin ball 13kg trow strick standing x15 for explosive power. Strick standing press 12.5k dumbelles 15 seconds for speed for explosion for 3 sets feelt ok. Crucifix dumbelle movement from front to side to overhead 6 reps then further 6 reps with 6 second crusifix hold with 8k dumbelle- suprise it was hard. Bit stiff so called it a day but happy after 4 week break. Finger OK. | ||

Deadlift no belt and with 3 fingers, cant use straps as pressure hurts my fracture: 60x5. 100x5. 140x5. 160x5. 170x5 175x5. Neggative deadlift 220k. Struggled to hold past the knee as grip in Rhand went. High pulls 100k x5 x 4 sets Hyper extensions partner pushing on back 3x12. not the same without weight. Sittups with dumbelle held high 16kx15. 24kx15. Happy with second session since the fracture. Didnt think I would dead more that 120 so happy. | ||

Standing pushpress out of rack: 70kx3, 80x3 91x3 Clean from knees 60k x3. 80k x3 clean from floor and press 100k- went up like a rocket no straps or belt Farmers walk 3inch handles for grip 90k x 30m stopped once. Close grip bench press 60kx5, 80kx5, 100kx5, 110kx5. easy enough but stiff shoulders and no wrist wraps. Dips 15, with no belt and 25k x6, 50k x5 with weigh belt Stone to shoulder 80kx3 Off to resi shool will train if theres a gym. | ||

Deadlift no belt or straps: 100k x3 140k x3 170k x3 190K X3 Belt on: 200kx3. 205k x2 (felt a bit off so stopped) Belt off again: 180k x5 (stopped at 5 had 10?) High pulls 100kx5x3 Felt rough but happy with lifts today. Feeling better about 3 finger lifting for comp. | ||

However:Strict press from floor: 20, 40x6, 60x5, 65x5, 70x3. Cleans from the knee and press, 60x3, 80x3, 90x3, 90 1 clean and 4 press. Close grip bench: 60x5, 80x5, 100x5. Hypers x 10 50k x 10 90k x 10 felt fine could do much more. Situps holding 24k high x 15. 30k x 10. Feelt great today.Ready for the Suffolk strongest man. | ||

Cleans from knee: 60k x 5 80k x 5 90k x 3 from floor 100k x 3 + 1 press 105k x 1 112.5k fail 100k x 1 + press 80k x 6 + press in 25 seaonds. Farmers walk 90k 30m-sore achillies tendon so stopped and did 120k farmers to hold 35 seconds. Sit ups + 13k held high x 15 25k held high x 15 pb 35k held high x 10 pb working on that core Not a bad session, bit sad I missed a pb on the clean, always next time. 100k flying up now though so all good. | ||
