Cheers mate, was 4pbs bench, strict, raw squat and beltless deadlift. Quite happy with them Happy.
Unfortunately my shoulder is currently hurting like hell, possibly due to doing bench instead of close grip Unhappy?

10mins Steady on X-Trainer

Some upper body stretches and light band work

24Kg KB Swings x 10
The KB swings didn't hurt so may do them for the rest of the week and see how I am next week!

5 rounds of following:-
24Kg KB Swings x 10
15secs rest
24Kg KB Swings x 15
15secs rest
24Kg KB Swings x 25
30secs rest

Upper body light band work

Not bad, shoulder feel better but not 100%, will do another session like this and then hit weights again next week

Cheers mate. Shoulder not too bad, thought it was gonna be real bad at first as it hurt like hell, but its cleared up a bit now, hopefully ok to do lightish stuff next week. Happy

It is mate, can't press (well never could Roll-Eyes ), but would have struggled to squat as couldn't move arm to hold bar. May have been able to deadlift a little. Always have issues with this shoulder, separated it playing rubgy, but it wasn't serious enough to get sorted, but its bad enough that my collar bone floats in and out of place whenever it wants! Grin

Its not too bad mate, feels ok now, certain movements aggravate it a little, but come next week it should be ok.

Was going to do KB stuff but couldn't be arsed so tried some light weights with main 3 lifts. Would also have done strict press but that would mean power cleans which may knacker shoulder and also the weather is s**t so wasn't gonna do anything outside Happy

Squats
60kg x 5
100kg x 3
120kg x 2
120kg x 2
120kg x 2
Lifts ok, struggled a bit getting arm in position, right shoulder bit stiff and could feel it a little at the end

CGBP
40kg x 5
60kg x 3
80kg x 2
80kg x 2
80kg x 2
These went better than I thought Happy

Deadlifts
60kg x 5
100kg x 3
140kg x 2
140kg x 2
140kg x 2

Light upper body band work and stretches

Things felt ok, once bit looser shoulder felt ok. Think I should be sound to start again properly on mon. Can't feel any pain at the moment but tomorrow morning will let me know if I'll be doing any proper sessions next week
