Wasn't programmed to attempt a bench pb but 92.5 felt easier than usual so I went for it. Failed it halfway up. Dropsets for both squats and bench felt awful though, had to really grind the reps out when they should have been fairly smooth. Also noticed my arms shake a lot when I bench. | ||

Even though the bar speed was a little slower than usual, I found I had more control and was less shaky. Will have to play around with it a little more. | ||

I'd rather get nothing out my belt than risking another horrible injury just for a little more weight on the bar. Bench was OK but 92.5 felt like 95 on Monday so I didn't push for a pb, dropsets felt harder than it should too. Ah well, s**t happens... | ||
