Today I did the deadlift.
At about 455, I had to pick up my kid. She missed her bus.
Came home about an hour later because I could not find her at first.
Switched to partials with 455.
Sets of 3. Did 10 sets slow stretching out the skin in my hands.
I used a 2" Axle.

Took a 200 pound beer keg.
Picked it up.
Walked 10 feet or so
Tried to launch it as high as I could.
Hit ground repeated.
Took 1 to 2 minute break repeated this for 1 hour or so.
Went exhaustion

Yes sir! I go for anywhere from 5 to up to 2 weeks straight and try to do something weight oriented.

Inside triceps press
180 pound 3" DIAMETER inside triceps press 2" above chest. Touch safety's bars pause press.
Attach bands on side hanging 10 pound plates on each end to create unstable bounce. Got to shock the monkey.
6 sets
Handle on chain standing extensions 50 pounds 4 sets.
Push ups with 2 25's on back
5 sets 8 reps
100 sit ups
Forearm contraption
3 sets
