i can imagine there will soon be a divide between the purist finger extenders and the SPF style finger extenders. Maybe paul savage will make his own federation too.

white
green
yellow
blue
red

Might help you grip the bar more comfortably

They are for hand strength by assuring a balance in opening and closing of the hand. Sort of like doing rear delts for bench.

Paul do you do your finger extending with the band over your finger tips or do you allow it to slide down your fingers a bit so more reps can be done?

Come on Sugden, do take an interest. The opening of the hands is far more interesting than big weights being pulled off the ground and all that s**t.
