Plan is to reintroduce some rowing and back work, keep hitting the tries hard and start a new buildup for deads and squats. Going to try and creep the weights up on CGBP for another week or so and see how they go. | ||

I have never known Bim come into a comp fed :-) It would be great to see you at a higher level. The worlds this year might be a bit of a trek but there is the European classic these days. | ||

Leg press, paused x12 x12 x12 Hack squats 50x10 100x10 150x10 So, about 18 weeks until the next comp. Think I'll do 6 weeks of f**king about and then a 12 week build up. | ||

Hopefully get 1st and 2nd by Wilkes judging by the result of your last comp you had the Wilkes title aswell. I would say it is impressive but i trained along time with you and i know your capable on your day in the next 12 months to get 260,200,300. But like a few guys including myself have said get your volume in now then take regular deload or just back off and those numbers will be very achievable in the same meet. | ||

Would be great to compete with you on the platform. I think at the moment the 260 squat is the toughest of those to get. Targets at the moment are 250/200/300 in comp for a 750 total, pretty much +10kg to all the lifts. A pretty tough ask but with a decent buildup and a good day within reach I think. | ||

Close grip press-ups off dumbbells x1 So unsteady it was ridiculous, coupled with tired tries called it a day, see if I can build them up over the next few weeks. Going to try and add something like this as an extra tricep session each week, see if it pulls the bench up. | ||
