They are neoprene sleeves, couple of mm thick and about as tight as my socks I started wearing them when I got some tendinitis ages ago, they seemed to relieve it slightly and just keep the elbows warm. I wear them out of habit now really, I don't think they give me anything on the lift at all. | ||

Managed to keep all the x5's moving quick. The 260x3: SLDL 190x5 190x5 190x5 CGBP 60x5 100x5 120x5 140x5 150x5 Max width grip 120x8 120x8 120x10 Seated dumbbell skullcrushers 34x10 44x10 54x10 60x10 Dips, 3 second hold at the bottom, 3 second hold at the top, knees up in front x10 x10 x10 Good session. Elbows just a little sore, not sure exactly what from but I felt it mostly on skullcrushers. | ||
