Thanks mate. They are neoprene sleeves, couple of mm thick and about as tight as my socks Happy I started wearing them when I got some tendinitis ages ago, they seemed to relieve it slightly and just keep the elbows warm. I wear them out of habit now really, I don't think they give me anything on the lift at all.

Knackered by the end of that lot, out of shape on squatting volume at the moment so the aim is to up that a bit over the next few weeks. 200x10x3 is some type of stupid goal I've set myself.

I'm already regretting posting that, there is a reason I started powerlifting and it wasn't so I could do sets of 10 on squat!

Would be good, and we do have some half decent deadlifting bars, only problem is the plates. Any more than 280 and you're not getting clips on the bar. Jay has done a couple of 300 singles but you cant really rep over 280. Let me know when if you still fancy it.

I got tested after competing on the 5th of this month. I asked when I would get the results and the guy doing the testing said they only inform you if you fail, and if I hadn't heard from them in 2 weeks then I had passed it. So, looks like I passed Tongue
