Having a few problems with the above. Foot ligaments have been problematic for a few years. More recently I've developed tendinitis in my lower leg ( same side as bad foot). Anything anyone know of to help with these issues and prevent further problems. I walk a lot as a postman but currently on light duties due to tendinitis. I wanna get back to work and avoid problems in future.

I've tried allsorts over the years and was having chronic tendon pain in biceps at both ends, distal and long head/short head.

What worked for me was stacking high dose cissus and hyaluronic acid and within a week I was completely pain free, I still had some of the underlying issues obviously but the discomfort and inflammation etc was gone.

I used these:

and..

Currently using bulk powders hyaluronic acid too. As well as go nutrition total joint care. No improvement yet. Been on those about a week or so. (Also get a bit of tendinitis in elbow. Not very bad, but that's not improved either )
Cheers

He'll have that finished by the time Z has finished his log press. He's nearly done.

Previous and ongoing problem was my foot. The last 3 weeks Ish had been tendinitis in lower leg/shin area. Boo.

Could that not be secondary due to limping round like one of the walking dead? tibialis inflammation can feel quite severe and can often be traced back to spazzy feet.

Possibly I suppose. It hurt. A lot. Had a week off work and last 2 weeks on light duties (not much walking) not been in pain since week off, but ankle/shin swells up as day goes on. If I go back to full walks will the pain return? That's the question on everybody's lips! Well, mine.
Was even looking into SARMS as an option.

Back to doctors tomorrow anyway. Might also phone my podiatrist that I saw about my foot. Dunno if they can help as its not strictly my foot, but as you say, could be related.

Just looked them up. They sound like the secret the Russians couldn't hide.

I ran the Hyaluronic acid at 300mg/day instead of just one 150, that may help.

HGH if all else fails.

Cheers. I'll up the dose. :-)
With a serving of joint care that'll be 350 mg then. Hope it helps
