I'm a Paisley buddy myself but I live in the Kingdom of Fife now. It's a whole different pace of life. Really enjoying it so far so not too far off with Stirling! Just a wee jaunt down the road from there. Trained at Stirling uni once. Was an interesting place.

I used to train in Stirling uni gym as well. Plenty of lifting platforms.
