It's a whole different pace of life. Really enjoying it so far so not too far off with Stirling! Just a wee jaunt down the road from there. Trained at Stirling uni once. Was an interesting place. | ||

Repeat for 3 sets. KEG WADDLE 65kg 10 lengths of garden. KEG CARRY 8 lengths of garden PUSH UP CHALLENGE 5 minutes for reps 116 pushups getting worse still. End of set in video. Tired to BICEP curl.Just f**king no today. | ||
