In the 2 months or so before Christmas I did some prettey serious dieting and briefly got down to 87. After Christmas I was back up to 92.1, but only for a day or 2.

Weightloss is now going fairly well. Not having drunk alcohol for the last 3 weeks has probably helped a lot. Might stay teetotal until March.

With strength having dropped off significantly - mostly due to weight loss, but partly also due to not wanting to squat or deadlift heavily as it gives me back issues - I am having to find other ways to keep my workouts interesting.

I did enjoy the multiple sets of high-rep sumo deads I did yesterday.

A decent improvement but still pretty s**t. Want to get over 100 when I do this again next Saturday.

On the positive side of things, I think I'm getting the hang of losing weight again. It's been almost 2 years since I was this light. Still far from lean though and that is the end goal.
