DOH Deadlifts with Fat Gripz - worked up to 140kg; then did 15 x 100kg

Front Squats up to 100kg.

Leg Press - 3 x 10

Single Arm KB Swings - 3 x 10

Abs Bracing - 3 x 30 seconds
Band Abs 3 x 20.

Thanks mate. I found it very challenging to do 140. Much harder than an axle.

I'll do some reps with 105kg this week and go from there.

I almost won a pair at a comp Fat Gripz. I have a rolling thunder though! The fat grip is defo tougher than axle

I tried a rolling thunder once and did 90kg.

I might have to invest.

I assume his upper back and scapula retraction is beyond reproach.

Although holding a large dog for 10 second stints would also be beneficial to me.
