Is your knee fine again? Likewise mate. Yes. Luckily I had a great surgeon and physio and was patient coming back. Took me roughly a year to squat 300kg in wraps again. And recently squatted 352.5kg in a comp without wraps. I failed 365kg on depth. I do have some issues with depth at times as a result of scar tissue from my injury but looking at trying some new treatments to break this down. | ||
