are they home made leg extensions ?

just popping in to let you know the powercage I bought off Mo is unbelievable ! as solid as any gym powercage I have ever used....

his new gaff is pretty STOCKED with allsorts of goodies

You've got it?! Ace!
I actually bought a leg extension machine a year or so back.
Also I sometimes train at Nuffield gym now (was virgin)

I have tried to simplify the shed , got rid of all the bits n bobs hanging around .... now have the powercage and a running machine , thankfully I never sold my lever belt and weightlifting shoes so have just had to buy my 3rd pair of knee sleeves, which I ove squatting in #OHmomma

Nuffield sounds so much less sexy than virgin , is it quieter ?

Don't know how busy it was as virgin TBH boar.
