Shoulder pain (WTF did I do)

I tried adding pull-ups to my training along with extra volume ohp a while ago. After about a month I got a pain on my shoulder joint at the front. I took a month off (I was in Tokyo and Israel for work) and all seemed good.

That is until I went to the gym Saturday (3rd day back) and did pull ups and light clean and press. It was killer the next day.
It doesn't feel like a pulled muscle. It's like a shooting ache.
It hurt to bench today, near the top. Also to get into a tight grip position on squats. It was ok if I had my arms nearly at the sleeves for squats.
Any idea what it is and what sort of Dr/physio/chiarapractor I should see?

Sounds a bit rotator cuff like. For that kind of stuff a decent osteopath is a good shout IMO

A rib was trapped (maybe boxing) and forcing my scapula out of position. This translated into strain on the shoulder tendons. Osteopath shoved the rip in and did a lot of muscle manipulation.

Cheers. Hopefully won't be sore for too long. It was torture all day today. I was punching down phone lines and kept having to stop and change position. I'm sure anyone watching must have thought I'd hemroids with all the shifting uncomfortablyWink
