Double jab, coverup, hard cross, cover up, body hook and move out. Retreating jab holding distance and circle off. Conditioning. Straights to the body. Hooks to the obliques. Power jab to the middle, body hook to my left. Hard cross to middle, body hook to my right. Hard crosses. SELF DEFENSE Pleading hands to quick jab to eyes. Retreating with pleading hands to hold distance, quick jab to eyes. Finding range. Holding distance. | ||

We worked that in the session but I forgot to log it. I'm fat and slow these days, want to learn how to move correctly again. | ||
