3 sets of 5 reps with 150kg (in video)

AXLE STRICT
5 sets of 10 reps with 50kg (so much better than last week)

SIDE RAISE HAND OFFS
3 sets of 12 then 8 then 6 reps with 5kg

NEW VLOG FORMAT FOR KICKS

SQUATS
7 sets of 3 reps with 80kg

AXLE BENCH
8 sets of 10 reps with 80kg
1 set of 9 reps with 80kg
1 set of 6 reps with 80kg
(rest periods were too short)

AXLE CLOSE GRIP (slowly done)
2 sets of 8 reps with 50kg
2 sets of 7 reps with 50kg
1 set of 6 reps with 50kg

AXLE T BAR ROWS
5 sets of 5 reps with 80kg

Hour and a bit of drills.
Double jab work. Short and long jab.
Double jab and move out.
Double jab, slip and hard cross.
Double jab, cover up and hard cross.
Double jab, slip, hard cross, left bodyhook.
Double jab, coverup, hard cross, cover up, body hook and move out.
Retreating jab holding distance and circle off.

Conditioning.
Straights to the body.
Hooks to the obliques.
Power jab to the middle, body hook to my left.
Hard cross to middle, body hook to my right.
Hard crosses.

SELF DEFENSE
Pleading hands to quick jab to eyes.
Retreating with pleading hands to hold distance, quick jab to eyes.
Finding range.
Holding distance.

Millennials must be led by example. Leave a legacy to follow in the things that can be done right.

No training today. 25 celsius. All I did was plumbing and welding to make money. That and run the woman around.
Now at the end of the day I can sit, sit and reflect on old games,old trips, old adventures, old phones and videos off of old phones.

I actually trained with Geoff once many years ago and Dave Turton also.
Dave Turton taught me a cracking way to slap a fellow. We worked that in the session but I forgot to log it. I'm fat and slow these days, want to learn how to move correctly again.

That's freakin awesome,the beautiful thing about their self defence though is you don't have to be an athlete and it simple,used the up turned palm fence and over hand right in a real situation once worked a treat, it was self defence I don't like violence mind you,Happy

That was one big big man he just threw! I remember when Karelin first got beat it was because he couldn't move the big man. It was a horrible match.
This one was ace though!
