AXLE SQUAT MOBILITY AND SPEED 10kg for 3 sets of 5 reps 30kg for 3 sets of 5 reps deeper 50kg for 2 sets of 3 reps maximum depth 70kg for 1 set of 3 speed reps 80kg for 7 sets of 3 explosive reps. Fin! | ||

Mostly it's a time constraint thing. I find squat the coolest lift after zerchers of course, so have decided to train them and it's finally paying off. | ||
