Thanks, Chris. Slept soundly for nearly eleven hours, so things may improve. Taking today as a sedentary work day (apart from grocery shopping shortly, as I've almost completely run out of food).

Did the first set of hack squats when I walked in, and the rest 100 minutes later when everyone else had gone. I needed to clear my mind, and my fellows kindly played listening post.

While getting dressed to go train, stubbed two middle toes to the point of having to lie down and breathe carefully to avoid vomiting. Hence trained in soft shoes. No bruising and I can move them, so I may have avoided actual breaks.
