My new plan is a long walk deep 3/4 squat setting and around an hour or 2 of moving it various distances.once I aclimate the set distances and speed/quickness will flow into the mix. I don't know what else to do. I'm not fighting my heart, I'm balancing the broken and running is about to bust the tranny mounts. Volume. I'm ticked next time heavy neigh. | ||

After 3 hours of intensive search, I found it. I wasted away my window of working out. I am exhausted anyway and not too concerned about taking the day off. My areas of concern is stones, keg carry over bar, yoke, axle deadlift, and circus dumbell. 1.deads good 2. Stones average tommarrow 3 yoke below average tomarrow 4. Keg deal average unless thumb tomarrow 5. Circus should do well but ?? Tommarrow Not happening best choices pick 2 Circus and keg it is rest and be positive start supplements from Christi White Off all junk food Stay away from diarrhea mouths. You have no clue what pollution goes through my ears. | ||

Log Press 160 x 3 160x 7 180 x 3 200 x 2 210 x 1 225 x1x2 knee tweakeked power down. 190 x 5 less break time 170 x 7 160 x 11 Kettle bell press 40 x 10 each 65 x 8 each 85 x 5 each Circus dumbell right only 2 sets of 4 bored and tired not going through motions. Kids being bad also. Little to no help from older children I pad is more important but I am happy that I am beat up like I did something on a Friday. | ||
