I currently have quite a lot of very exciting things going on in my life and it seemed to detract from my motivation to lift today. | ||

Member 2477, 16481 posts SQ 190, BP 130, DL 235555.0 kgs @ 83kgs UnEq | thanks wiegie today: squat bar 50 80kg x 3 85kg x 3 x 9 bench bar 40 60 71.5kg x 3 x 3 deadlift 70 120kg x 2 120kg + 1 yellow band x 2 120kg + 2 yellow bands x 2 x 4 Then 3 sets of: -Rows -GHR -Rear delt flies/external rotation -Planks The session was all in all pretty good except from that my left SI joint kept clunking around albeit in a not particuarly painful way. | ||
