SteBennett | Has anyone tried | 07-09-2017 @ 16:07
Average hamstring at best Member 4663, 588 posts | The proposed 500kg routine used by Eddie hall in his build up. Been thinking of using it to peak just wondering if anyone has had any success with it?

I'm doing Texas method now, instead of doing 1x5 with deadlift, I'm going to do his program.

not actually strong Member 5779, 811 posts SQ 220, BP 150, DL 285655.0 kgs @ 105kgs Eq | I tried it last year before Yorkshire's and it brought my deadlift back up to my best - Although I kept failing the target wait (260) unfortunately but it got me close. I found the 1st week the hardest, 3x10 was awful.

no really Irish Member 1196, 5908 posts SQ 312, BP 230, DL 320862.0 kgs @ 114kgs UnEq | looks like a decent routine, think alternating heavy and light weeks on deadlift is a great way of doing it

Member 5548, 415 posts SQ 270, BP 157.5, DL 310737.5 kgs @ 110kgs UnEq | Followed it to a T last year and only got 10kg I found it not heavy enough but am not advanced lifter so can see why it would be good if based around an already big max with a lot of lighter weeks

Member 5141, 4199 posts SQ 300, BP 180, DL 350830.0 kgs @ 130kgs UnEq | I tried it, but got very little out of it. Just not enough volume for me.

AKA the great reset Member 4056, 5206 posts | My deadlift goes up when I do much less deadlifting and more squats. Deadlift can f**k off.
