Still having IBS problems, guts played up as I was due to leave for the garage.

A1 1xDB Rows
40kg x 10 reps (Each Side)
50kg x 10 reps (Each Side)
70kg x 5 reps (Each Side)
80kg x 5 reps (Each Side)
80kg x 5 reps (Each Side) --Grip starting to give out, loving these at the moment

A2 Bench Press
bar x 10 reps
60kg x 5 reps
80kg x 5 reps
100kg x 5 reps
--Wrist Wraps on
125kg x 5 reps --And times up, rubbish, I didn't get anything done really.

I'm trying to get more leg drive on my bench and using the lighter weights it worked very well. My top set (video) didn't really follow suit. I feel if I practice this technique it will be productive.

Tell me about it, everything has been setting me off recently. I need to do an exclusion diet for a couple of weeks and add stuff back in slowly. I know that needs to happen but its just so boring and inconvenient. Sometimes a protein fast help so may try that first.

I've changed my form a bit after watching a good video by Dan Green. It made a lot of sense and once I've got it mastered I'll finally be able to get some decent leg drive. I got it right on most of the warm ups and on the first rep in the video. Regardless this is the best bench has felt in a while despite my sneer on the video.

I wish I'd paid attention to the Boss earlier. I've never really tried that style as I was put of for no real reason other than preference. Now I've tried it (poor effort in comparison), I like it. Needs polishing a fair bit though. The Funny thing is initially I didn't like it because of how different it felt but now I'm sold.

Cheers mate, it's just a bit foreign changing technique but it will feel batter with practice. I feel progress will be made once I'm used to the adjustments.

Just watched your 130k bench I can clearly see the new points you introducing, I'd recommend also the video that Eric spoto did with super training if you haven't seen it, he explains leg drive and how he employes it, interesting stuff guess these guys are top of their game for a reason Happy

Thanks I'll check it out. I've been very short sighted in the past, that needs to change.

Looking strong mate especially considering lack of food and a dodgy stomach.

Cheers mate, it's only light so they should look easy. Once the IBS was gone and I could brace it was plain sailing. Feels like these are building now.
