A1 Trap Bar Rows
--I decided to go with the high handles today for a change. It was worth it as it told me the low handles are the way to go Grin
bar x 10 reps
65kg x 10 reps
65kg x 10 reps
65kg x 10 reps
65kg x 10 reps
65kg x 10 reps --I kept it light today and tried to make things strict. I could stand to go a little heavier while maintaining this form. Stricter reps seem to work best for me.

A2 Press
bar x 10 reps
60kg x 5 reps
70kg x 5 reps --Empty bar feeling
80kg x 3 reps
90kg x 3 reps --78%
--Belt on Wrist wraps on
95kg x 3 reps
95kg x 3 reps
95kg x 3 reps --Easy stuff. 9 reps @ 82%

A3 Kneeling Rollouts --Leg out
x 3 reps (Each Leg)
x 3 reps (Each Leg)
x 3 reps (Each Leg)
x 3 reps (Each Leg)
x 3 reps (Each Leg) --Extended a leg out to the side to increase instability. Worked a treat these were much harder.

A4 Trap Bar Farmers Walk/Sprint
bar x 5 m + 5m
65kg x 5m + 5m
65kg x 5m + 5m
65kg x 5m + 5m
65kg x 5m + 5m
65kg x 5m + 5m

Nice bit of grunt work today. I'm actuallu looking forward to tomorrows deads though.

Again a very strong session mate 95kg seems to be an everyday weight now the speed you get must make your max weight easily 110kg

Well that's the plan mate, make these thing and everyday lift. Next week my goal is to hit a new triple PB. I'm not going nuts just and extra 2.5kg (102.5kg).

Cheers mate, I took a step back a few weeks ago because I wanted smoother cleaner reps. These are much better than they were before I made the adjustment.

Woke up this morning to a stiff achy elbow (feels like its my brachioradialis), not sure what's going on there but decided very light high rep curls would be the cure.

A1 SSB Walking Lunges
bar x x 6 reps + 6 reps
bar x x 6 reps + 6 reps
bar x x 6 reps + 6 reps
bar x x 6 reps + 6 reps
bar x x 6 reps + 6 reps --I've dropped the reps a bit since the glute DOMS are crippling. I'll build back up from here.

A2 Triceps Bar Hammer Curls
bar x 10 reps
bar x 10 reps
bar x 10 reps
bar x 10 reps
bar x 10 reps --Elbow feel much better now it's warm and had lots of blood pumping through it.

Deadlift
70kg x 5 reps --Snatch grip
120kg x 5 reps
160kg x 3 reps
--Straps on, Belt on
180kg x 5 reps
200kg x 3 reps
230kg x 1 rep
250kg x 1 rep --This is my nemesis weight. When I can get it I know things are going well. Fairly fast rep and no "bolted to the floor" feeling.

It occurred to me today that I need to break free of team no traps. I think it may help but other heads and deadlift. No idea how well founded that theory is though.

Cheers mate, they feel good right now. Fingers crossed that will translate into more weight on the bar. Looking back at the vid, I should have gone for a triple.

Cheers mate. Ha you're on to me. The Mrs worked at a bowling alley that went pop. She got me a pair of the new ones. They're very hard soled which is perfect. I'll get some proper lifting shoes in the new year, got Christmas to spend the pennies on first.

The grip isn't the best but they'll do for now.

Forearm is still a b**ch so I did a boat load of very light curls as part of my general warm up. Lots of variety, lots of reps.

A1 1x DB Rows
40kg x 10 reps (Each Side)
50kg x 10 reps (Each Side)
80kg x 5 reps (Each Side)
80kg x 5 reps (Each Side)
80kg x 5 reps (Each Side) -- 80 is the new 70. Reps can do one for now, I'm sticking with 5's which seems to be working well. With the exception of my upper traps my back is growing like a weed.

A2 Bench Press
60kg x 5 reps
80kg x 5 reps
100kg x 5 reps
120kg x 3 reps
132.5kg x 3 reps
132.5kg x 3 reps --No time for another set. Need a solution for this. Leg drives was almost no existent on these top sets but very strong on the warm ups. I clearly need more practice with the heavier stuff.

A3 Seated Leg Tuck
x 10 reps
x 10 reps
x 10 reps --Had to leave these here, despite being a very easy abs exercise I'm still super sore from Mondays rollout variant. On to a winner there I think.

I really need to give myself about half an hour extra for training each day. It's a horrid thought but 5:30 starts may be on the cards. I just need to make it happen.

Woke up this morning and just couldn't be bothered. I had a word with myself and decided that all I really care about today is squatting so lets just do that.

Forearm still being pony so did a boat load of light curls to free it up. This works a treat.

Squat
70kg x 5 reps
90kg x 5 reps
120kg x 5 reps
--Belt on
140kg x 3 reps
160kg x 3 reps
185kg x 3 reps
185kg x 3 reps
185kg x 3 reps -- 9 reps @90% of 205kg training max. Clearly a lot more in the tank. All reps were fairly easy. Back tightness was good, bracing was good. Breathing needs a bit of work as does the strange leg wobble I developed today.
