2 prunes (for anal health)
Some sultanas
Small amount of veg in tinned soup
Some raw cauliflower
Banana
Satsuma
Potato, cauliflower, carrots and leek (with fish pie)
41 blueberries

A good day's consumption of the good stuff Happy

I usually eat upwards of 8 servings of veg in a day but today the extent of my fruit and veg intake has been the jam inside a doughnut and some raisins in a pain au raisin Happy

2 oranges off my cousin's tree, then 2 big satsumas at my gran's, then 2 satsumas and an orange at my aunt's.
Big plate of string beans and tomatoes (with chicken) for lunch today.

I'm dreading broad bean season.

This post just reminded me to string my peppers for them to dry.

I do indeed realise I no longer have a life.

JohnGym, I don't even know how that's possible. I just could not function, especially without veg. I think I'd feel horrid and depressed. This must surely increase your cancer risk?

I just reckon I would. I feel s**tty if I don't eat well. I feel I need veg to function properly!

Had a banana this morning. I'll have 1-2 portions a meal. Although they means probably don't eat enough as per guidines

Ocassionally I'll have some if it happens to be on my plate, eating out etc but I make no effort whatsoever normally to consume any normally.

Only time I do is when I'm dropping weight.
