Felt exactly the same as last week.
1 rep with 142.5kg (near max)
10 reps with 92.5kg (felt heavier than last week)

BENCHPRESS
1 set of 5 reps with 90kg
1 set of 5 reps with 100kg
1 set of 6 reps with 100kg
1 set of 5 reps with 100kg

1 set of 1 rep with 100kg (bad twinge in wrist)

Benching is enjoyable. It's also the lift that the cardio doesn't seem to be bothering much.

Hi Billy I used to fish a little back a while ago. I'm no great fisherman to be honest but like it.

My Grandad was a hunter of just about anything eatable,my uncles where compition course fishermen and won a lot of money and trophies all over the country my uncle Brian took me fishing I used a telescopic pole rod and cought a pike which apparently was very good, did you guys hear about the guy who tried to kiss the fish he cought then it ended up in his throat he had to have emergency treatment Unhappy

I have a few pictures of pike they are fantastic fish. Always a little scared of their mouths though. That is the business end of the fish!
I always thought of hunting as a little more fair than supermarket food. It just seems more natural. These animals have been free.

CARDIO
3 hours 45 minutes.

AXLE SQUATS
3 sets of 3 reps with 130kg (in video)
1 rep with 145kg (in video)
2 sets of 8 reps with 105kg

AXLE BENCHPRESS
1 set of 13 reps with 90kg PB (In video)
1 single with 110kg (bad crunch in shoulder but moved very fast!)
Decided to keep weight lower.
3 sets of 8 reps with 90kg
1 dropset from 65kg, 60kg, 55kg, 50kg

CONCLUSION
Was happy with the way things moved today. Last few sessions felt extremely heavy at this weight. Today only felt heavy.
Pretty chuffed.

I'm stuck at 1 @ 100kg on bench still.

But I landed a head kick for the first time in almost 15 years at the weekend so I can't complain.

Wayne I gotta protec dem priority lifts, yo. I'd love zercher to be a priority lift but I have a glass back Unhappy

Louise, a hunner bench is joey. I think if my lifting waz a haircut it would be a flat top. How aboht your lifting? Is it a flat top also just now? I'm changing up sets and reps to encourage change. Gz on hed kikz. What a wonderful feeling you have encountered.

If my lifting were a hair cut it'd be a scalping right now. Squat and deadlift are down, bench is static but the shift to being explosive and mobile is a much more welcome change to mong it through injury and put up a decent total every 6 to 8 weeks.

With the heid kick thing and whapping oot reverse turning kicks I'm going to have to admit to TKD at the gym sometime soon. At least it's less frowned upon now.
