Runnin scared and been avoiding the depth thought of a lonely cold basement staring at the rack. I called George and great news Donnie and Lyle were squatting at 630. This way if my knee buckled I won't be by myself. Great spots I was a lucky duck today. Squats 135 x 7 135 x 5 185 x 5 225 x 5 275 x 3 315 x 3 365 x 2 405 x 1 425 x 1 460 x 4 135 x 10 Hoping for a 500 next week. Only the big man can grant that to me. Ultimate 500 315 645 buuut Probably balls wrippp 405 295 525 come on old man extra glue and don't move it til it dries. Guys want to go drinking and cards will get me the 2nd result. | ||

There are some drinks though that I never mixed correctly! The next morning I went fishing in the cold weather thought my hands may freeze off. Hiked through woods to get that weight down. Funny that 231.4 is Strongman and 242.5 is Powerlifting. Ate a whole box of little Debbie’s brownies. I did get a heart pumping workout hiking that I never do cardio stuff. Some day soon I will change this fat man and return to 1980. Former sport will give me the strength to get the weight off. For now though I am still not able to break the power strong spell. Light Deads Up to 405 lots of sets Rows. Great full to have the things that I do to train. | ||

George is picking me up at the hospital from a sleepless night and the road trip resumes. Still 8 over. Things not going as planned short on time prep but I don’t care. Let’s do this my friends. Been staying away from negative moves for a long time now. Isolating myself was a good move. Cardio poor but soon B.B. will change this. Gave a 300 pound friend a back crack the other day only to find the writes bicep is still tender. Cross my fingers on the dead part. I gets sore but held up to the test. | ||
